Made of Duroc-mangalica fat bacon. The pigs used to make this lard are fed only on cereals grown on the farm where they are raised. All of the pig’s food is produced without the use of pesticides and herbicides etc. to ensure the lard does not contain a build up of toxins or chemicals. There is no milk or dairy in this product. The lard is smooth, rich and creamy with a very mild flavour and no aftertaste. Use to cook any other food.

It changes the taste and aroma after rancidity. This depends on the storage temperature.
In a refrigerator at 0-5°C, rancidity is rare for 30 days. Store in a dry, cool place.
