This product is unique to Eskimo Kitchen. It is an extremely rich, dense and slightly textured paste, enriched with mangalica sausage. One taste and you will be back for more! Apart from pure salt, it contains a small amount of spices. Not even traces of dairy products or additives, which is extremely rare in the food market! The addition of mangalica sausage with its modest character brings out the flavour of the greaves even more. Despite its creamy texture, it is guaranteed to be free of milk and additives!

Ingredients: Pork greaves (80%), mangalica sausage (20%).

Spices: Additive free salt, pepper, a pinch of marjoram.

Nutritional value / 100g: 13g protein, 80g fat, 0g carbohydrate.

Shelf life:
Frozen for 12 months.
Once opened, store in a refrigerator (0°C to + 5°C) and consume within 1 months.

After receipt, it is recommended to put the product in the refrigerator and then open the box after a few hours to achieve the correct consistency.

Our products are manufactured by reliable small producers, using technology that requires a great deal of professional knowledge and is an extremely difficult task and challenge for them. Since at our request, they cannot use stock improvers, preservatives, flavor enhancers and other additives, or even any spices, that is why there is the phenomenon that, although the raw materials are of premium quality, the finished products are sometimes variable. Depending on how fatty or dry the meat of the animal being processed is, which part of it can be prepared to the right consistency, etc.
