Salami making was originally a method of preserving meat. In some places, the meat was stored by stuffing it into the cleaned skins of animals or into intestines and stomachs. Over the centuries, this practice evolved into the "salami" known today. According to traditions developed in the territory of historical Hungary, it initially contained no spices. The use of paprika, onion, and other spices only became widespread at the very end of the 18th century.

Important:
Our products are manufactured by reliable small producers, using technology that requires a great deal of professional knowledge and is an extremely difficult task and challenge for them.
