Stuffed in a crispy, edible casing , with less water, but more quality selected pork and beef. Handcrafted product with protection of origin, which is preserved with light beech wood smoke and provided with mild, pleasant seasoning. Instead of cooking, it only requires heating, but it can even be a welcome guest at barbecue parties. Perfect for traveling or for a quick and tasty breakfast.

Ingredients: Pork meat (40%), pork bacon (20%), beef meat (40%), drinking water.

Spices: Additive free salt, very small proportions of pepper.

Nutritional value / 100g: 30g protein, 25g fat, 0,1g carbohydrate.

Best before: After opening, stored in a refrigerator (between 0°C and +5°C) 2-3 days. Unopened: 5 months.

Depending on how fatty or dry the meat of the animal being processed is, which part of it can be prepared to the right consistency, etc.
