Eskimo Organic Buffalo Salami is a premium handcrafted specialty made from the meat of free-range buffalos grazed in natural eco conditions in the Mátra Mountains. The meat is extremely high in Omega3 fatty acids and vitamins, and the addition of smoked bacon harmoniously complements its flavour. In addition to pure salt, it is flavoured with a pinch of white and black pepper, which gives it its nostalgic character. It does not contain even traces of nitrites, additives, flavour enhancers or paprika, so it's a great meal for people with any kind of allergy or food sensitivity, and not least, of course, for tourists.
Ingredients: Buffalo meat (80%), pork bacon (20%).
Spices: Additive free salt, very small proportions of black and white pepper.
Nutritional value / 100g: 30g protein, 25g fat, 0,1g carbohydrate.
Best before: in the original vacuum foil frozen for 3 months.
After opening, stored in the refrigerator (0°C to +5°C) 8 days.
Its shelf life during storage can be significantly affected by desiccation.

Our products are manufactured by reliable small producers, using technology that requires a great deal of professional knowledge and is an extremely difficult task and challenge for them. Since at our request, they cannot use stock improvers, preservatives, flavor enhancers and other additives, or even any spices, that is why there is the phenomenon that, although the raw materials are of premium quality, the finished products are sometimes variable. Depending on how fatty or dry the meat of the animal being processed is, which part of it can be prepared to the right consistency, etc.
Our products are not made on an assembly line or using an industrial method, so we cannot guarantee exactly the same quality.
