A handcrafted single-dish meal made from the tender meat of free-range, pasture-raised Hungarian donkeys. Our traditional Hungarian-style stew is rich, juicy, and melt-in-the-mouth - completely free from additives, flavour enhancers, or grains. Presented in an elegant, travel-friendly canned format. We take the iconic flavours of Hungarian cuisine and give them a touch of the wild: prime-quality donkey meat, smoky pork bacon, and pure rock salt, brought together with a hint of pepper to create a stew unlike any other - deep, savoury, and unforgettable. Like all our products, it is entirely nitrate- and nitrite-free. Its simple, clean seasoning makes it suitable even for those with food allergies or sensitivities.

Ingredients / 100g: Cooked Hungarian donkey meat (95%), smoked pork bacon (5%).

Seasoning:: Pure rock salt, a touch of pepper.

Nutritional value / 100g: Animal fat 30g (of which saturated 21g), carbohydrates 6g, animal protein 22g.

Shelf life: After opening: keep refrigerated (0°C to +5°C) and consume within 2-3 days. Unopened: 5 months.

Our products are manufactured by reliable small producers, using technology that requires a great deal of professional knowledge and is an extremely difficult task and challenge for them. Since at our request, they cannot use stock improvers, preservatives, flavor enhancers and other additives, or even any spices, that is why there is the phenomenon that, although the raw materials are of premium quality, the finished products are sometimes variable. Depending on how fatty or dry the meat of the animal being processed is, which part of it can be prepared to the right consistency, etc. Our products are not made on an assembly line or using an industrial method, so we cannot guarantee exactly the same quality.
